MCH is a B2B sourcing service, not a consumer retail store.

All orders are processed through our RFQ (Request for Quote) system. After you submit an RFQ, our team will verify availability, pricing, and lead time, then send you a formal quotation before order confirmation.
MOQ depends on:
  • Part number
  • Stock availability
  • Sourcing channel

For many parts, we support flexible or project-based MOQs. Please submit an RFQ to confirm the best option.

Orders & Pricing

You can request a quotation by:
  1. Submitting an RFQ from a product page
  2. Sending part numbers and quantities via the RFQ form

Our team usually responds within 6–24 business hours.

Memory chip pricing changes frequently based on market conditions, stock levels, and order quantity. To ensure accuracy and competitiveness, all prices are quoted manually via RFQ.
We accept B2B standard payment methods, including:
  • Bank wire transfer (T/T)

Payment terms will be confirmed during the quotation stage.

Order changes depend on supplier confirmation and sourcing status. Once an order is locked with upstream suppliers, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us as early as possible if changes are needed.

Yes. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be provided.
Shipping costs depend on shipment weight, destination, and delivery method. All shipping costs will be confirmed before order confirmation.

Quality, Support & Compliance

Yes. All parts supplied by MCH are new and unused, sourced from verified channels. We do not deal in refurbished or used components unless explicitly agreed in advance.
We can provide available documentation such as:

  2. RoHS / compliance declarations

Availability depends on the manufacturer and sourcing channel.

Due to the nature of electronic components, returns are handled case by case. Any issues must be reported immediately after receipt. Our team will assist according to the agreed order terms.
